1.Date columns should not be left blank.The default date 01/01/2001 will not be shown in the reports.
2.There is a slight difference in month calculation in KSR way and Computer way.For KSR, 30 days will be termed as a month while for computers it is Calendar exact to a millisecond. Those who have a lot of broken services will get two or three days' advance Grade.In such cases uncheck "Auto" inorder to manually enter the Date of Completion.Other dates succeeding it will be readjusted accordingly.
3.Regulation Gap means the days between the Date of Completion and the Admissibility of the Grade.Eg.Pay Revision 2009 reintoduced 22 years Selection grade for HSAs.Admissibility of this grade falls only on 1.2.2011 even when a teacher completes 22 years before that date.In this case days between Date of Completion and 1.2.2011 is the Regulation Gap.
4.Stagnation increment is added not in tune with Master Scale.As such this software is not suitable for fixing Grade where Stagnation Increment is involved.

Help : Need to enter the details of Pending Files only. "Last Put up Date" automatically turns Red once it crosses thirty days like a Reminder Diary.
Steps.
1.Enter the First and the Last serial Numbers of Files for the relevant month
2.Total files received for the month will be shown and " Files opened for the month" column will be automatically filled by this number.
3.Enter the number of new files closed for the month in the relevant column.Enter currents b/f from last month,currents received, currents action taken and Old files pending at the end of the month as well (All black boxes)
4.Click Save button then you will be shown the number of files pending updation on the right.Enter file details of each file one by one using "New" button till the number comes to Zero.
5.If there are any old files closed in the month find their ID using search option and key in the ID in the record box (left bottom)to locate them and check closed mark and enter the date of disposal to close them.
6.Click Save button and see the Business Statement for the month.
Note on "Report Mode " function - Clicking "Save" button will take you to the first record each time.Uncheck "Report Mode" option to disable this function.Once data entry is finished check "Report Mode" once again for getting the final Report.
